How long we store your personal data

  • You withdraw your consent based on which personal data was processed, and there is no other legal basis for processing the personal data

  • Personal data was processed unlawfully

  • The reason for deletion is the fulfillment of a legal obligation, a special regulation, or an international agreement

  • It concerns personal data of a person under the age of 16

Right to restrict processing
You have the right to request us to restrict the processing of your personal data in the following cases:

  • You dispute the accuracy of personal data, until the accuracy is verified

  • The processing of your personal data is unlawful

  • We no longer need your personal data for processing purposes, but you need it for asserting, exercising, or defending your legal claims

  • You object to the processing of your personal data as per the previous point

Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on your specific situation, which is performed based on our legitimate interest, including profiling based on these provisions. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Right to file a complaint
